Bridging the gap in health delivery

In line with ECPL objective to bridge the gap in healthcare delivery in the country, the company added to its business line, a Non-Pharma division. The objective of the division is to focus on the distribution of innovative medical device solutions to Healthcare institutions and medical Practitioners in order to ensure improved patient care.

Since its commencement in 2016, the Non-Pharma business line has made significant inroads in the medical device market of Ghana. It currently holds a substantial market share and is recognized by market players as one of the major distributors of Medical equipment and allied support services in the healthcare industry.

The division’s current portfolio covers a wide spectrum of products used in the treatment of patients, including cardiovascular devices, orthopaedic devices, neuro and spine therapies, Imaging, Respiratory devices as well as general surgical equipment and consumables.

Our Services

Medical device distribution requires intimate knowledge of the product, its timely applications and the value to the end user which should inform the right mode of distribution. Indeed successful distribution largely depends on customer and consumer acceptance, a Key value proposition that ECPL offers.

Our integrative approach to distributing the varied and numerous product lines ensures that customers benefit from safe and quality products as well as economies of scale. Supported by over 20 fleet of vans, ECPL Just-In-time Inventory management system allows for efficient delivery of products to our valued customers across the country.
The storage system adopted by the company ensures that the equipment is kept in the right condition. The marketing activities are supported by highly trained sales professional with the capacity to provide product related supports to the health institution in starting or enhancing their use. Whiles the Sales team can advise on the products and oversee their appropriate use, they cannot be used as supplementary theatre staff. Additionally, the team is able to provide local training to surgical support staff, assist with ensuring appropriate products are available when required and can be a valuable resource in the operating theatre to offer product user training.
The company currently boasts of over 720m2 state-of-the-art warehousing facility providing a congenial and spacious environment to stock products. The ERP infrastructure system ensures that workflow is well integrated to support efficient delivery of service.
